Screaming Eagle Core Team
Force Z (Spec Ops)
Who are we:
We are a group of airsoft players in and around the middle Tennessee area. Who love military history, mil-sim action, airsoft, hanging with friends on the airsoft field. We are serious players who expect dedication and commitment to the team. New and Experienced players who pride ourselves in playing fair and staying competitive. Enjoy Tactics, thinking about what we are doing using strategy and co-operation to win our matches.
Where We Play:
Our Primary field of Play is Bad Karma Airsoft in Lebanon TN. This field is a free to play field. and has the largest turn out in the middle Tennessee area with about 200-300 players any given weekend. The players at this field are very competitive and provide our team with a good level of difficulty. They are also very friendly and play there is Fair. The Referee's at BK are some of the best in the business and have many different scenarios / missions to test and challenge the Players.
Our team will organize field trips to other fields and events as the team sees fit.
How our Team is set-up:
Originally Force Z was intended as a WW2 101st pathfinder element. This has made way for a more practical Team concept. We are set up like a Small Unit of Highly trained operatives. Each with his Particular job and Expertise.
Everyone who Starts in our group starts as a Private and as the Leader (dictator lol) feels each individual earns it there will be a promotion. US Army ranks are used
Typical jobs on our team are Leader, Sniper, Heavy, Flanker. and how these are used in what numbers is confidential to our team.
Load-Outs:
Force Z is a Multi Genre' Team who's Load-out and attire will be dictated by the Event we attend, be it either a WW2 or a Modern Event. When we Attend WW2 events we will be in our 101st D-Day 1942 Jump suits, but at most other games we will be in our Multicam ACU Fatigues. Or the Black BDUs as an alternate.
Primarily we wear --- Multicam ACU style Fatigues, Multicam Tactical Cap, Multicam Molle chest rig with pouches, Tan Boots, Tan Gloves, Motorolla EM1000 HHR, Weapons are Based on personal Preferance / Position. Unit Patches are TBD
Alternately we are wearing Any Tactical Cap, Black BDU tops and Bottoms, Digital Woodland Vests, Weapons at personal Preferences, Tan Boots, Unit Patches are TBD,

What is Expected from our Team:

Most Importantly, Understand this is a Game and not to take it TOO seriously, if caught cheating by our team will result in immediate expulsion from our team.
